Shipping Costs:
I offer free worldwide shipping on most print orders and free shipping for orders over $50 for greeting cards and stickers.
Processing Times:
After you place your order, it goes into production. Processing times range from 1-5 business days before despatch, with framed prints taking the most time.Ā As frames are professionally made, they can take up to 1 - 2 weeks to despatch.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been sent.

If you have ordered stickers or greeting cards (which are sent from my studio in Australia), your orderĀ may take up to 20 business days to arrive.

My art prints are madeĀ on-demandĀ and cannotĀ be exchanged due to change of mind. Rest assured thatĀ wheneverĀ issues occur, I do my best toĀ rectifyĀ them. I consider a transaction successfulĀ when you're pleased with your purchase!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact me (with photos) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will happily send out a replacement if you receive a damaged good.
