However, I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee - if there’s any issue with your order, I will make it right, no questions asked. Tea Towels: I want you to love your new tea towel! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and I’ll happily organise a replacement or refund. As tea towels are a textile item and often purchased as gifts, I’m unable to offer returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact me (with photos) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will happily send out a replacement ASAP.
