Shipping Costs:
I offer free worldwide shipping on most print orders and free shipping for orders over $50 for greeting cards and stickers.
Processing Times:
After you place your order, it goes into production. Processing times range from 1-5 business days before despatch, with framed prints taking the most time. As frames are professionally made, they can take up to 1 - 2 weeks to despatch.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been sent.
Shipping Estimates (once order has been despatched):
• Australia: 3 - 6 Business Days via Australia Post or Sendle.
• USA: 3 - 6 Business Days via USPS or UPS.
• UK: 2 - 7 Business Days via Royal Mail or Evri.
• Everywhere Else: Up to 10 Business Days.
If you have ordered stickers or greeting cards (which are sent from my studio in Australia), your order may take up to 20 business days to arrive.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond my control, such as holidays, customs processing for international orders, or unexpected delays. I strive to be transparent about any potential disruptions to your delivery!

My art prints are made on-demand and cannot be exchanged due to change of mind. Rest assured that whenever issues occur, I do my best to rectify them. I consider a transaction successful when you're pleased with your purchase!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact me (with photos) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will happily send out a replacement if you receive a damaged good.
